Clean room. All day complementary coffee , tea and drinks is a plus. Great staff members - we left something in the closet and they call us right away to let us know so we can pick it up. We truly appreciate their honesty and great customer service.

Place clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms work good for the price point of the hotel. The breakfast is a true continental breakfast which made me a little sad… but at the price point we were in I can go buy breakfast down the street and still be better off than staying in a more expensive hotel.

Everything was good. Not necessarily great, other than the service. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Shower was good too. The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Zero complaints. Great location as well.

This Microtel was perfect for our family of 3! The microwave and mini fridge were a good size & the window seat was a great place for our child to sit!

Upon check-in, Lynn was outstanding. Very, very accommodating, friendly, engaging, and professional. The other staff were just as friendly and helpful very pleased with this hotel, and would highly recommend it. It is very clean and in a great location.

The room was clean. Bed needs to be flipped if possible. Sags in middle. It'd b nice if there was something on wall of shower to place shampoo etc. I asked for 1st floor due to back issues. But will just bring in seat. One cockroach. Otherwise clean comfortable quiet after 11. But okay.

I should have paid more than double. The price was great but the room had an odor. The was acceptable and the 48 inch TV was cool but the programming was horrible. Had to press 10 to get the guide to come up and I only found out about that after asking the nice guy at the front desk.

The ceiling in the room has a lot of black dirt and grime. It’s unclear if the room was previously vandalized. Could they inspect the ceiling and re-paint it if needed? When lying on the bed, that's what you see above, and there's concern it might fall while you're sleeping. However, the staff are all friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable, but the hallways are abysmal. Very long corridors, linoleum flooring, drains for some reason, dehumidifiers running, and nothing on the walls. In other words, absolutely no ambiance. It was like walking into an insane asylum.
