「Perfect」

「Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville.」

「The checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. The breakfast was wonderful. Miss Heather was so sweet and my family and I loved her. This was the first time staying here. Will definitely be staying here again.」

「Great experience.」

「my husband fell on a huge water puddle located at the top of their stairs and he slipped down the steps injuring his back. I have not been refunded. We also noticed a woman smoking in her doorway next to ours and suspicious guests watching us as we entered our room. I voiced my concerns to the staff as we had our infant with us and this was not a family friendly hotel. We checked out immediately」

「Good」

「The rooms were clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient with a good variety each day, but the real superstar at this location is the staff. All of them. Kudos to the manager who is hiring and training them! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us.」
