「The place is clean and amenities were good. couple things to call out. Parking is a drive up to the fourth floor. Another feedback is the place is loaded with decorative items, candles and pillows which leaves little space put stuff on tables, especially in the bedroom it is small. Also, I’m allergic to strong smells so the candles were a bit much」

「This property was centrally located and very secure. It is a gated community and it has a pool and other amenities. Although I didn’t get to use the other amenities they were available. The only challenge we had with the property was that the people above this apartment walk very heavy however it wasn’t disruptive to our sleep. The host is extremely communicative and available and although we were there for the World Cup, we definitely would recommend this place for those, intending to visit...

「Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium.」

「We walked into the apartment and my son and I were overcome with the smell of smoke. There was a large sign in the dining room explaining their non-smoking policy. I immediately called the rental company and was told to "open a door to air it out". This was August in Houston! It was near a hundred degrees outside. After explaining that this was not a solution, I was told to look for air freshener in a cabinet. Again, not a solution! I asked to speak to the property manager multiple times and was...

「Extremely short notice booking but accommodated like we had planned weeks in advance. Lovely little space with everything we needed included. Brought my dog along (7 pound maltese) and had no issues at all. Super friendly and fast responding hosts. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.」
