  • Discover this spacious 4-bedroom house in Fremont. Incredible views, close proximity to adventures & hidden gems. Guests will experience a terrific mix of comfort and space, featuring 2 living rooms, covered porches, a king bed, a full bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. With two bathrooms equipped with showers and bidets, and another 1/2 bath, adds convenience.

    The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a brilliant retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, Apricity House offers everything guests need for a memorable stay.

    Dark Sky rated + Kokane Salmon Run at Fish Lake in the fall (25 min drive) +Reservoirs & rivers as close as an 8-minute drive.
    The drive to the Capitol Reef Visitor Center is 45 min + to Twin & Chimney Rock, 32-35 min.
    + Monument Valley Overlook - 10-12 min Drive.

    There is a basement apartment with external access. There will periodically be an occupant(s) (usually me). I will let you know if that space is occupied at any point during your stay.

Overall, everything was great….but the stay was not without some issues. Firstly, there was no dishwasher. With a house of this size, that sleeps as many people as it does, we were constantly having to hand wash dishes and pans. Also, the A/C did not cool the house well. If you use the oven, forget about the house cooling at all. The temp outside was luckily cooler at night, so the house did finally start to cool down after dark, but 2 of the 3 nights we were there, neighbors were farming after midnight with loud machinery close to the house and lights shining right into the windows.
