“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. My companion had to go book another room that I drove him to, then I had to back to this place. The WORST part was at checkout. They handed me a receipt for my one room, but when I got back home, I found……

“This experience was 10/10!! We will be staying again next time we need a hotel in that area. The best parts were the pool/hot tub actually being warm/hot & the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having access to coffee in the lobby at all hours and the parking was very easy.”

“Upon walking in there was an overbearing air freshener smell- which, if not so strong wouldn’t have been bad. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a Budweiser can in our windowsill behind the curtain (which after the fact, we could see it in the window from outside). The pullout couch had a stain on the mattress which was noticed when pulling out the couch. QThe fridge kept NOTHING cold.”

“Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar……

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”
