「Restaurant was closed with no advance notice, or recommendations for alternative dining options. No staff to offer refreshments during the day of our visit. Management avoided any customer contact. Would not recommend this hotel.」

「Rooms were lovely, clean and new with loads of cupboards and draws. Microwave, fidge and hob included. Everything we needed. Comfy bed. Nice helpful staff. Pool is on the top floor outside and not heated in winter so only for the brave!」

「This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.」

Le salon, le bar et le restaurant sont aussi décorés avec goût, l’ambiance est agréable (peu de monde lors de notre séjour) et la carte est classique. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute que ce soit dans le lobby, le bar, le restaurant ou ailleurs dans l’hôtel. N’avons pas pris la prestation petit déjeuner.
