"Old property that is priced accordingly. Homeless wander the property and the bus station is 1/2 block away, so people are constantly walking by. This is not a bad property, just in a questionable area."

"The room itself was very clean, and updated. But the beds were awful. The window needed curtains that completely closed. The walls were thin, and you could hear everything! The outside of the building was maintained but due to it being by a truck stop it was a rough looking crowd. The view overlooking the lake was pretty, but you could hear everything happening outside. Also, my kids were bummed that there was no pool. Because this is a Peppermill owned property, I expected there to be a swimming pool. I clearly should have looked more closely. Over all, this was a quick pit stop on our way to CA. We needed a break from the car, and my husband and I were tired from driving most of the day. But better beds would have been a huge plus. None of us slept very well. "

The communication with your app and the hotel needs to improve i was charged by this app and the hotel, I was told that I would get my money back still haven't received anything. The beds were really dirty I switched rooms twice and didn't get any better. I have pictures if needed..."
