「 I wish we could’ve stayed longer but unfortunately I had to swap out the overalls for a suit and tie and back Chicago. The bird songs will be just a dream! My dog Mickey now knows the word canoe and will miss jumping in and out and dozing off while we (my husband as well) lazily paddled around! We (all three!) will definitely be returning! I think we will try to stick with bears den cottage as Mickey will love remembering the property! We had rabbits and ducks and amazing bird sounds. The...

「It met all our needs」

「8th Street Blues was great! Spacious and easy to get to. We took the Amtrak train into La Crosse and it was a very short uber to the property. It was also within 10 mins of downtown and the river, which was great for when we had some downtime. There was plenty of room for two couples and even space for more if needed. Would definitely recommend going forward!」

「Cozy comfortable cabin with a fabulous view off of the patio. This was perfect for my wife and I. We spent a lot of time outside reading and relaxing. The bucolic setting was offset by plenty of activity within a half hour. We hiked, biked, and kayaked. The cabin is clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5 star stay. 」

「We were there with our family from ages 14 to 77. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was so much to do at this property for everyone of all ages. No need to worry about what to do on rainy days. It was fabulous! We would highly recommend it and can't wait to go again. 」
