"This home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances, bedding, towels, extra toiletries in case you forget yours. There is a very clean two car garage. There was a large assortment of snacks available for us. In addition, lots of coffee and tea supplies. We stayed here for four days while we prepared for and put on a wedding for our daughter. The large living room and couch was able to accommodate a number of friends and family stopping by to visit. The large table and counter space allowed me to make 30 flower arrangements. I was able to easily reach the host when I wanted to add an extra day to our stay and he got back to me very quickly when I had a question. If I need to stay in Susanville again, I would definitely stay in this house. I highly recommend it to others."

"Overall very nice. No complaints that are worth mentioning. The best feature was how well stocked the home was in amenities. The host has done an excellent job. Soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, coffee filters for the coffee maker, clean up supplies etc., and every utensil you can think of. I brought way too many small items that were already in the home. They have got the small details wired and it truly was stocked with anything you may need. I really appreciated that."

"The door did not have a deadbolt lock and the swing-bar lock was missing a piece, so it could not be secured. The only door lock was the turn button. There was no in-room coffee, which was very disappointing. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Only small shampoos and tiny bar soap were supplied in the bathroom which barely lasted the two nights we stayed. I mistakenly left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door when we were out and about on Saturday, so our room could not be restocked. The worst part (and out of management's control) was someone pounding on the door at 2:30AM. Apparently, it was for the room next to ours, but the pounding and yelling went on for way too long. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. "
