For a host the best thing is to know that guests find their stay relaxing and comfortable. Roger and wife have given a special touch to us with their elegance and supernice attitude (thanks for your opinion on our english!!!) and plants 'thank' in a special way for watering and caring. A respectful guests for the house and plants , which thank a lot ;-) Noise for tiles renovation of neighbours is finished! (no host can really do anything against this as a forecast....anyone is free to do some renovation works in his property...) Once promptly advised from us the workers have done their best to be of minimum unease as much as possible.

A very nice experience hosting Grady! Communication, rules of the house, all at its best and a rare caring. We wish to have them back again in the future. 👍😀

André and his family are super kind and had all the possible cares, inluding lovingly watering the flowers. ;-) It has been a pleasure to meet them and their children, adorable as well as respectful, which is not always taken for granted. Hope really to meet them all soon. I totally recommend them. :-)

I was not there this time to welcome my guests, but Nadia did it perfectly. She said they were respectful of the house and charming. We hope they can come back in the future... The only problem I have had is about comunication that were totally absent to my mails before arrival. I hope that in the future they could call or send sms or mail to advise the arriving time..it has been uncomfortable for Nadia to do the check in with delay and late time having no news in advance.

Dave and his wife are really charming people: a perfect running of tha house and a warm appreciation for these places have made me proud of hosting them. Wish they could come back soon again and I recommend them truly !

Sara & Brian are a charming couple: perfect and nice under any aspect and, moreover, easy to communicate, friendly and collaborative. Their appreciation was a happy support. My plants thank for their care (!!) and the house was absolutely perfect... I deeply recommend them and hope to have them again in the future. :-)

Well... It's strange feeling happy and embarassed at the same time... Jay and wife were not only extremely caring of the house but also easy and charming to communicate with. Their opinions about their stay is the real 'income' each host would have ...and I thanks them for all the nice words they spent on the apartment and welcoming. Since we started to offer our apartment, we have been so lucky with guests.. and Soren and his wife were really 'one of the kind'!... Not only friendly and passionate in discovering Italy, but perfect guests.. their attention for the house went charmingly far over the plain respect of the rules... We are happy to 'feel' the appreciation of our home.. to tell the truth, it is rare to find on that side of Spello such a terrace and view..We lived there for some years and we still miss those mornings and sunsets... We are in a historical site so covering with any fixed structure (I refer to the overoloking - really rare, because neighbours are present -really - only rarely...) it's forbidden.. but we appreciate the suggestion for a covering need..so we are going to buy a 'big beach' humbrella for a extra 'protection'... :-) Come back soon!!
