Peace and Quiet

Such a beautiful cabin, beautiful location, the cabin sets all cozy in the woods. Just perfect for us get some much needed relaxing time. Perfect place to get out and walk and enjoy nature!

Cozy and very well appointed

Loved the amenities including the new grill and the well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the cool spring evenings. Would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break Getaway

We loved our stay at Nana and Papa's nest. The cabin was the perfect getaway spot and very comfortable. We loved the new back porch for both morning coffee as well as for watching the full moon rise. Country setting with luxury accommodations!

Great and relaxing stay. Cabin was very cozy. It was. Old just wish they had a fire starter for the wood they provided for fireplace.

Peace & tranquility in the mountains!!

Nana & Papas Nest was a perfect getaway from the city of Miami. My wife’s birthday is around the corner and she loved it. It was total relaxation and the cabin was perfect and clean and well equipped with all the essentials. It reminds me of my grandparents cabin in PuertoRico. Loved it!!!!

Great, but issue with plumbing

Overall, it was great, but we had issues with the plumbing getting backed up 2 nights we were there. It did rain a lot and I suspect that had something to do with it, but the vendor couldn’t get anyone out to fix it until the day we left. Other than that, we had a great stay. The cabin is beautiful and it was very clean.

This is a lovely property! It's a perfect place to relax and get away from city life. Everything works perfectly, and the owners have thought of everything you'll need -- except a standard coffeemaker. My mother-in-law doesn't like Keurigs. Beds were comfortable, furniture was inviting, shower was very nice, even the cookware was great. The only true caveat is that it is out in the middle of nowhere, so you're going to drive a ways for a restaurant or grocery store. It's a good while to the state park as well, but it's a pretty drive for most of the trip. The property is very well maintained, and the owner's communication with us was excellent. Highly recommend this property if proximity to a town is not a priority.

Anniversary Get-Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed sitting in the swings on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly. Overall the cabin was clean; however, some areas needed a good dusting. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Even better than the pictures and description!!! We loved our stay and felt so welcomed and at home after a 12 hour drive. Great communication and response time from host. Enjoyed morning coffee sitting in the porch swing. A short 30 minute drive to both Falls Creek Falls state park and Rock Island. Looking forward to taking a break from everyday city life and enjoying another stay.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I were planning to visit Fall Creek Falls when we booked this cabin. It was even better than we expected. It was easy to find & very quiet. Beautiful cabin!

Pet fees should be disclosed in the property details BEFORE booking. You should not have to contact the host and wait for an answer prior to booking. The questionnaire after booking had inappropriate questions. Check in details arrived less than 24 hours before we arrived and check out the same. Check out instructions should be posted at the property. The cabin was very well stocked with supplies and amenities.

Great place to stay to enjoy the state park.

The cabin was in a very quiet setting. We could see only one other cabin. Very private with outdoor eating areas. Not far from all the park trails.

Very Cozy

We stayed at this cabin and really like it. We tried to cook in the oven, but it smoked out the house. It needs a good cleaning inside. We then tried to use the BbQ, and that is not working properly.

Fall Creek Falls vacation.

Stayed here 6 years ago and really enjoyed it. Property is still very nice but seemed a little more worn than 6 years ago but then again it was a little cheaper than it was 6 years ago so I really have no complaints. The only downside was there were a few supplies that were lacking such as no dishwasher pods for dishwasher and no plug for sink so couldn’t wash dishes in the sink either, had to buy our own pods. Also a guest book for cabin info would be helpful. I had to email the company to get Wi-Fi password and what was expected at checkout. Overall I would still give 4.5 out of 5 stars

Amazing Peaceful location

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, you've found it. If you want to explore Falls Creek Falls and the surrounding area, it's just minutes away. The cabin offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing time away from life's everyday hustle and bustle. Sit by the firepit and unwind, and at the end of your stay, you can do your laundry so you don't have to do it when you go home :) This was my second time at the cabin and I look forward to enjoying it again in the future

Everything was as stated. Could use some TLC outside, there were a few light bulbs out it didn't matter there were so many. Could use some extra lighting outside at least have the detached garage lights on would have been nice. Other than that it was beautiful, clean, and was a great stay.

The house

The coffee pot stopped working the first morning we were there. The outside needs a lot of work. The outside chairs were broken by the fire pit. The kitchen don’t have any mixing bowls.

Cozy

Nice place. Very secluded and quiet. Has accommodating amenities and options to really enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. It’s very close to multiple state parks which all have amazing nature to see and experience. I will very likely be returning here in the near future!

Amazing cabin

This cabin was great, we enjoyed every night we were there & we were sad to leave I would definitely recommend this cabin for people who don’t want to be to close to neighbors and people who love hiking plenty of amazing waterfalls to go see most places were 20-30 min away
