Welcome to Nanna and Poppa's Nest! This cozy 2/2 log cabin on 2 wooded acres sleeps up to 5. Enjoy a relaxing stay with a wood-burning fireplace, covered porches, and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Extras include wireless internet, TVs with streaming, a Keurig coffee maker, and board games. Close to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island State Parks. Pets are welcome with a fee. Most holidays require a 3-night stay.

Important Information:

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
We recommend using Shipt dot com for food deliveries, which will deliver directly to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: The property accommodates up to 5 guests. The standard capacity is 4 guests, with an additional guest fee of $5 per person, per night for the 5th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
