“Family travel beautiful place the only issue was the bathroom shower was little dirty ”

“Although this is an older property it has been well maintained and kept up. The staff was helpful and our room was spacious.”

“I didn’t have a great experience at this hotel. The pool was covered in a thick film and was out of service. When I asked the front desk if it would be open in the following weeks, I was given a run around. The first gal I asked, said she would have it open by the end of the night, but never left her seat. The gal I asked in the morning, said it hasn’t been working for weeks. The hotel had a dampness to it. The floor almost seemed wet. I did not sleep well due to constantly being woken up by……

“The location was great, staff was nice and everything seemed clean. There was nothing fancy about it but it was a safe, clean spot to stay when visiting.”

“Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.”

“Having the attached casino was definitely a good time. There is also a restaurant conveniently located in between the casino and the hotel. The girls at the front desk are very nice and friendly. The rooms, however, are old and need some updating the bed was not comfortable. The sofa had tons of stains on it, and the table was peeling up quite a bit. There was also a sharps container in the bathroom, which goes to show who typically stays there if you know what I mean. However, for the price, it……

“1. The bathtub had bugs. 2. Over half of the light switches and receptacles did not operate. 3. The towels were in worse condition than the ones I use for my car. 4. The bar was fine. 5. Cleanliness was marginal. I have been staying at this same property for 25 years. It’s now tired and in great need of a facelift and attention paid to long standing deferred maintenance.”

“Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!”

“The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It……
