“Great location and a very accommodating host, especially given that this was a last-minute booking. The apartment itself was spacious and generally comfortable. However, only one of the TVs was working, and the appliances and utensils are quite dated. We also found that the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean upon arrival.Parking was a bit challenging. “The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels. There were instructions to wash the dishes but no cleaner. The walls and counter were covered in a brick pattern with what appeared to be contact paper……

“The apartment was very clean, amenities just as advertised, and there was plenty of space for all of us (6 people in 4 bedrooms). The host was very responsive to our questions, Claire is the best! The apartment is on the D36 line which took us to the Convention Center and linked us to downtown. We alternated between daily passes and recharging our cards for single tickets, we never used Uber, adding up to a significant saving. All in all, a great stay, we will come back again when in DC!
