"House was great, parking was a major problem. I read all the instructions told them we woukd having three cars, 2 we knew could be parked outside. I asked if there was a garage. They said yes we should be covered for three cars only to find out the garage was a playroom. They wouldn't issue us another parking pass and told us to find our own offsite parking because the overflow parking was full. That was not the case overflow was empty by 50% the whole time we were there, certain people said they'd help us and didn't. We spent the first two days back back-and-forth, turned out to be quite a headache.We received a schedule of events for six months earlier, and when I asked for an updated when they told us there were no events in that facility. Very confusing.The house is beautiful, we enjoyed our time even if there were a few issues."

"We travel A LOT and this was in the top 5 properties we have ever stayed. Our family of 3 adults and 6 kids had more than enough space. Everything about the home was AMAZING .. even better than described.. very clean and incredibly organized!! The kitchen was above average stocked! The outdoor space was perfect.. fantastic hot tub and pool area. Lot of toys for the pool and the garage was a bonus .. many games and bicycles to keep all entertained. The host was so incredible in quick response to any questions we had about the house or area in general. I highly recommend this property to all that read the reviews! Rent this one .. you won’t be disappointed!! "

"We enjoyed the home. We had 16 people staying in the home. Everything was great except we had to stagger showers so everyone had hot water. I contacted villatel to make sure there wasn’t a problem. They said everything was fine. If you have a large group of people beware of hot water tank limits. "

"We enjoyed the location of this home being able to walk to the beach or the river. The pool on site was nice to have, especially being able to heat it when coming down in February. Overall it was clean, but not well stocked compared to other places I have stayed. I was surprised that there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms, no dish towels in the kitchen, and only a single trash bag left for us. "

"My family stayed here for 4 weeks and we really like this subdivision (this is our 3rd year vacationing here). The home was as advertised but there were a few small details that future renters may want to be aware of. Our group found the beds to be uncomfortable and some were disappointed that there were not televisions in the bedrooms (1 tv in the lower level living room and 1 in the upper level fanily room). We ran into some issues with the house and the hosts responded within a few hours. We appreciated being able to use the garage space but it is inconvenient that there is no grill (there IS a grill at the house but the lid is locked closed). We paid extra for the pool heater for the length of our stay but it was unreliable at best. The host explained that the heater will freeze up when the outside temps drop and will need time to be defrost which can't happen until the outside temps raise, but the only reason we wanted pool heat was so we could use the pool even on cooler days. Unfortunately, we felt that paying extra for pool heat was a waste of our money. The home is nicely decorated and it suited our needs for our long stay. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates, cups, and such which was great. We really like staying at Harbor Island Beach Club. The beach access is a very easy walk (even for our 6 and 3 year old) and it's nice to be slightly south of the hussle and bussle of town. "
