「No greeting properly. Just sent photos and written letters text but tolerable. No end tables by bed. Shutters did not work. Had to push them up to get out to balcony in which their was towels and sheet drying and a bed cot. Looked like we were sharing a home! Yuk. 」

Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. 「The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. It was very convenient next to another block with a fantastic supermarket. Overall good for a one night stay for an early...

「Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other...

「Nice room, clean, great location and great value for the price. The owner is very nice. Breakfast was served at a bar and it was from one of my favourite bakeries Sunflower. Only cons are the stairs in the building, because it’s old and there is not much you can do but might be difficult for old people/ pregnant.」

「Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!」

「The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!」
