Road Tour around Austria - Spittal

Amazingly eclectic hotel where every turn was met with a piece of modern art or upcycled modern antiques. We stayed in the Merck branded room where the bed was set upon a base of millions of capsules!! Lovely breakfast, friendly service, and good recommends for local eateries! We’d definitely come back

The most intriguing hotel

What a wonderful and interesting place to stay! I almost couldn’t leave and explore as there’s so much to see within the premises. My particular room would not be many people’s choice of decor but it was such a talking point and did not deter from the comfort. This hotel could never be called boring and the restaurant was incredible with absolutely fabulous food. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and warm. If I return I needn’t look for anywhere else to stay! I’d also quite like to see what some of the other rooms look like!

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen. Der Wellnessbereich war während unseres Aufenthalts größtenteils geschlossen und an dem einen Tag, an dem er geöffnet war, nur für eine sehr begrenzte Zeit nutzbar. Darüber sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung transparenter informiert werden, damit Gäste besser planen können. Auch der Ski-Abstellraum war am ersten Tag geschlossen, was für Wintersportgäste sehr unpraktisch ist. Im Zimmer tropfte zudem der Heizkörper, was den Komfort deutlich beeinträchtigte. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Insgesamt besteht hier deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere bei der Kommunikation gegenüber den Gästen und beim Zustand der Zimmer.

Schon außergewöhnliches Hotel mit interessanter Aufteilung und separatem tollen Fahrradraum. Sensationelles Frühstück und außergewöhnliches Restaurant im Hause. Nachteil: Zimmer zur Straße geht nur mit geschlossenen Fenster - leider keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator

Great place to stay. Very funky hotel, with themed rooms that were large and airey. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were cool too, especially with the local craft brewery in house. A quirky hotel, but loads of fun. I'd definitely stay again!

Das Hotel ist einmalig in der ganzen Aufmachung, Das Zimmer bezw die Räume waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück war einmalig, es hat sehr große Auswahl gegeben bei Wurst ,Käse, Obst, Gebäck das Personal war sehr freundlich

L'hotel è molto kitch, ma nel suo genere interessante e particolare. Gli spazi comuni sono molto studiati architettonicamente e originali allo sguardo. La posizione è in centro paese e comoda x muoversi a piedi, un po' meno per raggiungere il lago per il quale è necessario un mezzo. La mia stanza aveva le tende oscuranti che erano poco coprenti e l'armadio inesistente e il bagno piccolo. Una porta finestra sulla terrazza a cui però potevano accedere anche gli altri ospiti dalle scale. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è assolutamente insufficiente per le auto degli ospiti e l'accesso non è controllato.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Durch die spezielle Einrichtung hat das Hotel einen ganz einzigartigen Charme. Lage ist auch perfekt.
