The property had the basics of a good property. What was unique was the receptionists Staff. I am a 2,000,000-mile Platinum award member at American airlines, which means that I am a big traveller ; I must say that I have never met this caliber of receptionist's staff. Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. Yes, the breakfast was outstanding, the room spacious and accommodating, clearly. But what was above and beyond was Filip and Marija.
