Feel at home at your LUXURY AND MODERN VILLA "PARADISE ON EARTH.
The Villa is located at the end of a quiet part of the village Srinjine, only 16 km away from the famous town Split and 14 km away from the town Omiš, with sandy beaches and the Cetina river. This can be your ideal base for day trips like exploring Split or beautiful nature at Cetina river canyon or small Mediterranean town Omiš.
This Villa is located in a wonderful private estate with 1400 sqm for your use. Once you enter you'll find yourself in your own private parking lot from which you can enter your fitness and activity area and a nearby pool. On the fist floor you have a kitchen with the newest appliances, a dining area and a living area with the finest and the best handpicked luxury furniture. The sofa in the living area can be made into a bed for 2 people as well. The first floor also contains a one person bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a toilet. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 180x200 beds and 2 bathrooms (one has a tub and the other has shower). The outdoor area has a pool, sauna, all sorts of gaming activities as well as a BBQ grill and an outdoor eating area. The whole estate is fenced off so you have complete privacy at your disposal.
All amenities are exclusively just for you. There is no other people on the property except you.
We respect your privacy very much, but also we want you to know that in the case of any need we will be there for you upon your request.
Villa where time seems to stop and you can enjoy hearing only birds singing, far from stress and fuss.Early in the morning someone will come and clean up the pool for you, but you won't be bothered at all.
Settled only 15 min drive to famous town Split with it`s great history, and 10 min drive to small town Omiš with sandy and pebble beaches, many restaurants, water attractions on Cetina river that offers a lot activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning and many more. You will get absolute privacy in a quiet and unspoiled environment. Villa is very well equipped, spacious and has all you need for very relaxed and fulfilled holidays. The nearest shop is 600m far, nearest restaurants are 6km far.
This villa has ideal strategically position:
- 10 minutes away from the Adriatic sea
- Few minutes away from the closest shops and restaurant.
- A1 highway entrance is just 15 away (Dugopolje)
- Split with its world known attractions is just 16km away.
- Dubrovnik, Šibenik and other local gems are less than a two hour away from the villa.
Having car is recommended but locally you can use our bikes to explore the area.
