Cozy and clean!
Clean, clean, clean! This home was so comfortable and in immaculate condition. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Perfect location for an event we had at Riverside State Park. Super communication with the owners. They have done an excellent job of hosting and having this home prepared. I think this is one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Nice little apartment in 5 Mile
We booked this apartment for a sporting event in Spokane because we didn’t want to stay in all the craziness downtown. The apartment is located about 17-20 minutes from the Convention center in a nice rural neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as presented on the listing. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts had nice little touches like snacks, high quality products and furnishings throughout. The owners do live upstairs and that may be a turn off for some folks, but we only saw the owner when she greeted us upon arrival. We barely heard them walking around upstairs so we almost forgot they were there. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this the comfort of this rental. Five stars across the board. The only draw back to this place is there's nowhere to wash your clothing, there's no access to washer dryer. I would definitely come back to this rental on my next visit to spokane.

This was exactly what we needed!! Quiet, clean, and exactly what the pictures show plus more! The little snacks, water and oatmeal came in handy after a long weekend at the arena for a hockey tournament. My boys loved the little park. Even with the owners grandchildren there it was super quiet and enjoyable. The best host ever!

Great stay
Stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for my son and I. Very nice, clean and quiet. Host was very friendly and even left us a few treats and bottled waters. I was able to relax or work remotely when we were not out watching state basketball games. It snowed our last night and the host was SO thoughtful to shovel a path to and around my car (I’ve never had a host do that before - very impressed). Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Spokane.

Amazing stay
The place is exactly as described and very well set up. We loved it? The owners are wonderful people. They stay away but are quickly there when and if you need them. A wonderful place to stay out in the countryside yet only a few minutes from the city. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Spokane area.

Couldn't be happier with our experience. Stayed here a year after moving away from Spokane. We already know and are familiar with this area and it is one of the best areas of Spokane which is why we chose it. The property did not disappoint. Super clean and cute. What a lovely home! Saleh and Kathy were wonderful hosts - friendly and available when needed, but also happy to leave us to relax. The suite was just as beautiful and spotlessly clean as pictured. It was also in a quiet neighborhood of Spokane, but was just a quick drive into the city. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Great/Quiet and new Guest Suite
My husband and I came to Spokane for a granddaughters birthday. This guest suite is beautiful and newly remodeled. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The inside is super clean and very comfortable. The hosts are on the property and very accommodating. We will definitely keep this one on our favorite list and stay again.

Luxurious Country Retreat
We enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful place and plan to return again. Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts are charming and we loved the early evening when their 20 beautiful chickens grazed in the yard. Wildlife included quail, eagles, hawks and amusing prairie dogs. It was a quiet and private location surrounded by fields and farms, but a only short drive to town.

Peaceful location
Kathy and Saleh are wonderful hosts. Communication with Saleh was quick and easy. He have gave us excellent instructions on how to find their place and how to check in. When we arrived, we found water bottles in the fridge, oatmeal and snacks in the pantry, fig bars in the kitchen. It was very thoughtful of them to leave us these items as we had not had a chance to go the grocery store. The unit is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The unit is exactly the same as the pictures. I highly recommend their place. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, new and comfortable
This place is amazing. Very clean and modern all around. It was perfect and comfortable for my wife and two kiddos. Love the farmland. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the adjacent pasture and tons of stars at night. This is an excellent get-a-way and is minutes from everything. It has a gated driveway and was secure. Saleh and Kathy were great hosts and answered any questions we had and assisted in anything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The unit was well stocked with supplies. We will be staying here anytime we come to spokane moving forward. This place books out fast so plan ahead.

Short Stay
We were in the area to visit my Dad and booked this place for a short stay. This place worked out perfect. It is beautiful and looks exactly as the pictures show. My sister and I came to Spokane to celebrate her future DIL at her bridal shower. This property was perfect for our needs. Not only was it the perfect location for us, but it is close to great restaurants, walking paths etc…. To top it off this property is beautiful! Our favorite place to stay in Spokane. Excellent Host, excellent property, easy access to all parts of Spokane, yet away from hustle and bustle to enjoy the peaceful, relaxing prairie. Our oldest sons wedding was happening and we decided to book through vrbo for the first time for our trip. While the pictures are amazing, it’s even more phenomenal in person! The hosts thought of absolutely everything, were the most welcoming and the house is nestled in the perfect location to access everything within minutes while feeling tucked away from it all. The Farm
This property is conveniently located a short drive to anything you may want to do in Spokane. The rental was clean, private, well appointed with anything you may need and provided off street parking. Our hosts were very kind, considerate and respectful of our privacy. Nothing better than a beautiful sunrise in the morning as well as sunset in the evening on a gentleman’s farm. Enjoyed our transition time, so happy we made this rental selection.

Amazing 5 Mile Property
My husband and I have rented quite a few homes from VRBO, but this rental hits the top of our list. The rental was spotless, stylishly decorated and there are many high-grade finishes throughout (even a bidet!). Saleh and Kathy (owners) are some of the sweetest people we have ever met and quickly responded to any questions that arose. They even brought us freshly picked strawberries on Saturday morning from their large Organic garden. My three little kids and myself stayed for almost two weeks, and we felt just as safe and comfortable as we do in our own home. There was also a fabulous play area for the kids to play! This space is HIGHLY recommended, and we will most definitely stay again. We are Spokane natives' and can assure anyone that is foreign to the area that this space is has everything and is close to everything that you need! The only thing I wish the rental had was a washer/dryer. However, I was 100% aware that it wasn't available when I made the reservation. It would have been nice with such a long stay. Thank you Saleh and Kathy for the wonderful stay!

Everything went flawlessly. The rental was spotlessly clean. Our hosts, Saleh and Kathy, were wonderful hosts. The rental was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Perfect spot during a snow-day
So sparkling and clean and new! Everything about this place is just nice. Happened to be there over a really snowy day in December, and the kids romped all over the property playing in the snow and having a great time. Then when they got cold we all watched a movie on the big-screen inside the cozy main room. Loved it. We'll be back.

This is our second visit to this VRBO site. The apt is located off N Five Mile Rd. in rural Spokane, WA. We like to take walks around the area & ventured out to Bowl & Pitcher State Park nearby. Also, 15 min. drive & see family on/near GU campus. Grocery store Rosauer’s about 10 min. away in the event you need something. We enjoyed our stay both times.
