“Nice home in convenient location”

“Great location for visiting family in town. We loved the Natural Market within walking distance too.”

“This was the perfect place for a very quiet weekend get away while still being close to all the fun. We loved being able to have a fire and the outdoor area is definitely totally worth it!”

“For the first time doing this, it's an experience I'm eager to repeat. I was nervous at first, but the contact person was extremely helpful, and I would freely recommend that anyone who hasn't tried this "take a chance"; it will be worthwhile for you. Everything that they explained was available, except for one minor glitch, but even that was so minor as to be unnecessary to worry about.”

“This house is very comfortable, clean and the hosts are very nice and the communication is excellent! Great instructions posted in the house! Great hosts!”

“The property is very nicely restored and this was a great place to stay while traveling in the area. Very comfortable space and sleeping.”

“The hosts are excellent and respond quickly. The house was very cute and great location!! Easy to walk out the backyard to explore the Garland District that is very cool!! Highly recommend this location!!”

For me, that takes away from the peacefulness and the privacy. Every other aspect of the cottage is great. Parking is easy, location is perfect, the bed is comfortable, TV access to streaming is great and the added courtyard is pleasant.”

“Excellent property. Pet friendly and all the amenities you would need. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This rental is in the basement of a home that is also being rented. The walls and ceiling lacked insulation so I could hear the baby and adults talking through the main locked door to the other rental and through the ceiling, which is in the middle of the space I rented. There is also a loud noise from a locked space in the apt that would go on an off randomly and stay on for a while, none of which was conducive to sleep. There was no dish rack for drying the dishes, only 2 very small wicker……

“The property was great..modern, clean and comfortable. Lovely back yard for our dog and great offstreet parking.”

“Tirza made this stay seamless and welcoming.Perfect and foremost quiet location with all amenities very closeby. Can only recommend for any using it as a homebase while exploring the area. Will certainly come again.”
