prachtig vakantiehuis op een heuvel.

Wij hebben 2 weken gelogeerd met 12 personen in dit heerlijke huis. Er is volop ruimte in en om het huis en je kunt er genieten van de stilte en het uitzicht. De eigenaresse is vriendelijk en gastvrij. E is een groot zwembad met ligstoelen en we hebben met de hele familie 2 yogalessen gevolgd in een aparte ruimte op het terrein. Het huis is smaakvol en duurzaam ingericht met ruime slaapkamers. Spoleto ligt vlakbij en Perugia en Assissi zijn ook makkelijk te bereiken. Een absolute aanrader! Joyce

Prachtig huis en interieur. Mooie tuin. Verzorgd zwembad. Vriendelijke en betrokken eigenaars.

Wij hebben zeer genoten van onze vakantieweek in Eliantemo (5/8-12/8 2017). Met 5 volwassenen en 7 kinderen kon de groep mooi verdeeld worden over de kamers. Alles in en rond het huis is fraai en doordacht aangelegd en ingericht. De keuken is goed uitgerust en overal zijn mooie en degelijke materialen gebruikt. Er is een houtgestookte barbeque èn pizzaoven buiten. Het zwembad is prachtig gelegen en ook vanaf het tuinterras heb je fraaie uitzichten op het noorden en het zuiden (Spoleto). Binnen een straal van ca 45 min heb je veel keus uit fraaie steden en dorpjes (Todi, Trevi, Montefalco etc). Maar vooral Spoleto vonden wij erg fraai, in het bijzonder de omgeving van de Duomo. De dorpjes direct aan de voet van de heuvel zijn minder fraai, maar wel handig voor boodschappen, vers brood en vlees. Let op, de meeste navigatie systemen kunnen Eliantemo niet vinden. google maps wèl. Goede verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Vriendelijke eigenaresse: Elisabetta spreekt goed Engels, is behulpzaam indien nodig en geeft goede tips. Onze tip; raften in de bergen ten oosten van Eliantemo(30 automin.).

Superbe propriété

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette propriété au milieu de la nature( oliviers...) et des animaux (ânes, lapins...). La piscine est superbe et nous y avons passé d'agréables moments. La maison est spacieuse très bien équipée et très propre. Le fait que les propriétaires habitent sur place ne pose aucun problème ils sont très discrets et nous ont donnés des conseils utiles. Le cadre est exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur les villes voisines et notamment Spoleto qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et bien sûr un grand supermarché. C'était notre premier séjour en Ombrie , région moins connue que sa célèbre voisine la Toscane et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la beauté de ses cités telles Assisi une merveille, mais aussi Spello, Perugia... Sans oublier les villages voisins, Trevi, Montefalco ( on y trouve d'excellents vins!)... Nous avons manqué de temps pour visiter encore d'autres villes et villages car cette région mérite vraiment qu'on s'y attarde c'est la raison pour laquelle nous y reviendrons très certainement!

Perfect

What an amazing place! Peace and calm just pour from this old but beautifully restored house and ease their way into your mind. A beautiful hostess to whom no trouble is too much coupled with stunning grounds complete with a clear blue pool make it just about perfect. Wake to the sounds of gently rustling grass, shower with the natural soaps made in house then Cook in the well appointed kitchen with olive oil made by your hostess with olives growen on the premises. Marks out of ten, I'd happily score this placemail an eleven ! Thank you Elizabetta for a wonderfully stay.

The perfect Umbrian holiday villa for a group!

Thank you so much Elisabetta for hosting us at this beautiful property. The house and it's grounds are delightful: large and spotlessly clean you can comfortably have 12 people staying here without ever feeling on top of each other. Each bedroom is unique with lovely rustic finishes and the kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor oven and grill are a delight for cooking on a warm evening while surrounded by views of the stunning countryside and Spoleto's Rocca Albornoziana always visible. The pool is so gorgeous and refreshing that we struggled to get out of it long enough to do any sight seeing! Close to Rome and so many of Umbria's hilltop villages, we really enjoyed the location. This place is such an amazing spot for families to get together, with room for the kids to run around and play. Make sure you ask Elisabetta for restaurant recommendations. She sent us to Chateux de Pep on our last day and the only regret that we had was that we hadn't found it earlier - great food and lovely house wine. Nothing to fault, Agritourismo L'Eliantemo was superb with gracious hosts and wonderful accommodation.
