Stunning position and lovely staff. Lucrezia was so helpful, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Massimo ironed out any issues and organised for us to be upgraded. The breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming atmosphere

Staff are very helpful and welcoming; delicious breakfast; our room was spacious and very clean; comfortable bad and spotless sheets. Next time in Spoleto I will choose this hotel again.

Spoleto divine!

Wonderful location in Spoleto. Tasty breakfast! We chose to gather some local salami, cheese, wine and bread for a lunch on the terrace of the hotel. They supplied plates, silverware, etc. we had dinner at Appolinare. It was quite extraordinary! Great food and service!

Beautiful spot but more of a bed and breakfast that’s a hotel. Do not drive. Very difficult to get to by car and if the 3 spaces out front are not available it is a very big problem

We were charged 3 days for 3 hr stay-No AC!

This property & Hotel.com CHARGED US us for 3 FULL DAYS after a 3 HOUR STAY. Property said there was air conditioning. We arrived to find our room with a 20 foot ceiling & 1 very small high window. The room was unbearable it was so hot. There was no visible AC unit-just some small wooden slats & no cool air was coming out of them. We walked outside in 95F/35C bc it was cooler than the room. We returned after 2 hours & it was no cooler. We spoke to the manager, who said there’s nothing to be done. So we left after 3 hours & drove to Siena. Hotels.com would not refund us anything despite calling them right away to explain the situation.

qualche difficolta' per raggiungerlo; poi bello!

Spoleto e' bellissima l'hotel affascinante ed e' bello cosi come e'; va segnalato che non e' raggiungibile con grossi mezzi perche' le strade della citta' che portano all'hotel sono molto strette, quindi se avete un suv o similari consiglio di deve lasciare l auto nel parcheggio (telefonate all'hotel) che in pochi minuti porta all'hotel

El hotel es sencillo con un hermoso jardín, las habitaciones pequeñas, no hay nadie que te reciba después de las nueve de la noche, ni nadie que te pueda ayudar después de esa hora, el hotel se queda solo y te dan una clave ara entrar. Si no consigues un lugar cerca de la puerta tienes que dejar el coche en un estacionamiento un poco lejano y pagarlo.

This lovely spot, overlooking the mountains and valley, is WOW in every way. Tucked into a tiny side street, the entrance is spectacular. Your first impression continues as you enter the residence, are greeted warmly to the hotel/home, and well into your beautiful room. The photo on Expedia is accurate; the room is spacious and lovely. Every inch, including the bathroom, is spotless, and you want for nothing. Breakfast is in an intimate, sunny room; the service is personal and the food delicious. If you drive, there is parking, but limited.

Perfect place to stay in Spoleto!

Fantastic hotel! Our room (#404) was sparkling clean, had a lovely view, and was super comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace most mornings and were very satisfied with the items offered, everything was fresh and attractively set-up. The hotel staff were wonderfully attentive, kind, and professional. We don’t speak Italian so we were appreciative that English was spoken. Anna arranged our transportation from Rome, which was great. Highly recommend this hotel
