“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). “This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful.
