「About 8 miles outside of Wimberley. Extremely well done cabin on hilltop. Great escape. Not for kids as it is surrounded by woods and not really suited for children. Sister cabin is about 40 yards away but still very secluded. Works well either by itself or close enough to other cabin to allow for a larger group. Perfect for a couple’s retreat. 」

「What a great experience for me and my family. First of all, the scenery and wildlife are spectacular. From early morning and evening deer, to my kids getting to feed the pet longhorns onsite, it is something they will not soon forget. Sabrina, the manager, took great care of us, and her homemade chocolate chip pancakes were a BIG hit! Mimosa for mom and dad weren’t bad either! We will definitely be back!!」

「We had our family reunion at this amazing property. Both houses are outfitted with everything you need. Our family loved the big open spaces in the house and we enjoyed movie time in the theater. The game room was also a popular gathering spot. The outdoor area is what separates this property from so many others. 「The house was both beautiful and comfortable, a rare find. The pool was lovely and it was just as nice to sit outside under the covered porch and listen to the birds in the very peaceful quiet. Our group spread out — some stayed in the main house, while others took the cottage and the one bedroom apartment. They were all charming. We called the upstairs master bedroom the “Queen for a day” suite, for its cool tub and luxury. The cottage and small apartment were cozy and convenient.」

「I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous....

「My two adult daughters and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a tube rental to go floating on the river which we truely enjoyed. There were great places to eat close by. We went to Guene, San Antonio and San Marcus which are all a short drive. It was easy to check in and out. We would rent this condo again.」

「Great stay! Property was exactly as described and the condo was fully stocked, including coffee pods and creamer. The host even left welcome snacks which were especially appreciated by the kids.
