「The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing.
The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift.
The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working.
I would not book with...

「Well I asked for more pillows was told they couldnt get to them they were locked up. I tried to get breakfast at th hotel and it took 1hr and 30 min because there was only 1 guy running all the food. And then to top it all off I couldnt get in the hot tub whcih was the only reason i booked it because it wqs broken and ice cold. The manager I spoke with was super nice and understanding.」
