The space
This home can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each and queen size sleeper sofa.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.

House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.

Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

Guests have access to entire home. An accurate guest count must be included on all reservations.

PET POLICY
Pets must be pre approved and disclosed up front. Please only bring small to medium sized animals that can be crated when unattended. There is a $400 pet fee for up to 2 pets. All shots and flea treatments must be up to date. The yard is not fenced so a leash is necessary.

- Pick up after dog droppings
- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow pets on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the pet if left unattended indoors.
- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively
