Stayed one night in March 2026, room was clean. When we had breakfast the next morning refrigerator was empty, and the floors were extremely sticky. An employee was there refilling everything, but never wiped any counter floor down.

Place is 50 minutes away from durham and 30 or so minutes away from North Raleigh. HOWEVER, it was the best experience in a Vrbo that we've had in North Carolina. Clean house! Had everything you needed.The only down side there was no hot tub or trampoline for the kids. But we made the best of it. The fire pit was great to end the night.
