「Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking.」

「Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) 」

「Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!」

「It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . 」

「Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.」

「We are a close knit work group working together for several years. Each year we pick a location in the tri state area to come together to celebrate our successes and decompress from the busiest time in our work cycle. We had a spectacular time at the Ocean Grove house. Great location to town and beach. It was spacious, clean and had the best layout accommodating 13 of us. We all enjoyed cooking in a spacious and well stocked kitchen. Host was ready and available if needed. Highly recommend this...
