「Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!」

「Amazing staff, help with shuttle scheduling, free cookies & bottle water, very helpful and cheerful..Shuttle service gets the gold star. Drivers so helpful, safe driving and so pleasant and free but I do tip for such a hassle free parking option. Several places to eat within waking distance, little grocery store. The room was pleasant and well maintained. I'll be back. Mumms」

「Clean and comfortable. The finishes aren’t fancy but everything worked and nice to have off street parking and private yard. The steps to bedrooms 2 & 3 are pretty steep so might not work for everyone. Lots of TV’s so everyone can watch what they prefer. Kind and communicative hosts. I enjoyed the 1968 book celebrating the 100 year anniversary of Lime Springs for a little local history.」

「We would definitely come back again. Our room was comfortable, spacious, nice shower products, large soft towels, separate switch for fan and light in bathroom, large microwave, good choice of hot beverages - and the free breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff was very good about keeping the food fresh and plentiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I have one in-room recommendation -The only outlet in the bathroom was behind the hand towel ring. Awkard to use.」
