"The Hotel is always beautiful and the staff are very kind it smells wonderful upon arrival and throughout your stay. Clean linen and the rooms were great very neat and tidy. "

"Check-in went smoothly and the staff at the front desk was friendly. One thing to note is that the floors are a little squeaky, so you may hear them during the night. There was no toothpaste in the room, so I called the front desk to ask if they had any and if someone could bring it up. I was told I could come down and pick it up instead, which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice as a room delivery. Other than that, the hotel has a great location, free parking with a shuttle, and a really cool vibe overall. One other small thing — the toilet is very close to the shower, so space in the bathroom is a bit tight. If you’re on the larger side, it might feel a little cramped. Overall, still a good stay."

"Hot tub was broken, had to get in my vehicle and go to a different property to use one. TV didn't work. There was a terrible storm coming through and we couldn't even check the weather. Refrigerator didn't work and that RUINED my mother's pulled pork. Sheets were dirty. Shower was cold. Coffee was burnt. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom. Really just the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND I TRAVEL A LOT. AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH. "
