The Space:

Step inside this single-level home where everything is brand new, designed for your utmost comfort. The spacious, open floor plan features a welcoming living area with a 70" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



Rest and recharge in our comfortable bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Features a luxurious King bed, a 65" Smart TV, a large closet, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom 1: Offers a comfortable Queen bed.

Guest Bedroom 2: Offers a comfortable Queen bed.

Fourth Sleeping Space: Includes a versatile Futon.



For those mixing work and leisure, you'll find dedicated desk spaces perfect for remote work. The home is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private, fenced yard for your convenience.



Security Features: We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire single-level house and the fully fenced yard. Self-check-in is a breeze with our smart lock system; you'll receive a unique, secure door code for your reservation. Ample parking is available on the premises for your vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Two blocks from Northwest Medical Center and 4 blocks from downtown Springdale.



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located in Springdale with easy access to major roads. Approximate drive times: Downtown Springdale (5 min), Fayetteville & University of Arkansas (15 min), Rogers (15 min), Bentonville & Crystal Bridges (25 min). Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.(No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations.
