“Everything was as expected or better. Great view, location, and house size. One bedroom has French doors that open to living room, so consider sleeping schedules when assigning rooms. Walls seem to be on the thin side too. MISSING A BBQ! Also, checkout procedure was a little high maintenance in my opinion. Other that that, I give a solid 5 stars. Would stay there again.”

“The house is very beautiful with amazing views. It’s secluded but also very close to town. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. We originally thought the house was 5 bedrooms but the listing changed about 8 months after we booked to 4 bedrooms. (The 5th bedroom is a room in the basement with only a day bed). It worked out though because the loft space has a couple of twin beds, however, not much privacy up there as you are in an open air loft space. Plenty of bathrooms to go around and the house was……

“This is a great location with an easy walk to downtown Livingston. The owner communicates well and is quick to respond to inquiries. The house has everything you could possibly need with a well-stocked kitchen and bath and the living space is comfortable. The neighbors are very nice as well. Meticulously maintained with a full commercial kitchen. The best part is the view. Huge windows everywhere so you can enjoy the beautiful Montana sky.”
