It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub .
