The cabin was warm and cozy. A good place to stay for the price.

Our host emailed that our reservation was canceled at 10:30pm the night before we were due to arrive, saying the heater was broken. I suspect they were aware of the heating issues prior to 10pm and could have given more notice of the cancelation.

Cabin was very quaint, not a level spot on the floor, bed was not comfortable for 2 as it was against the the wall in the corner. Pull out sleeper was basically sheet covered springs. Kitchen sink drain smelled and drained poorly. Price was reasonable, but would not recommend for more than 1 night. We left after our second night of a 3 night stay. Molly Butlers was also a disappointment screwed up our order and insisted that I ordered the meal brought, after having talked with manager they brought me what I ordered in the first place, after my wife had almost finished her dinner. It was basically dropped in front of me with no remark from the server. It was cold and had very little to no chicken. Took two bites and pushed it off. Reluctantly paid the check, with 0 tip for their attitude, returned to cabin, 10 minutes later experienced excruciating cramps as if I had been Visine dropped. Kinda disappointed for our 42nd anniversary

Cabin was nice and as described overall. Fridge was a little small but we only stayed 2 days. I would stay there again if available

This cabin is perfect for someone seeking to disconnect and recharge! Easy to find, close to fishing and hiking. Great restaurant and bar just down the street. Description is totally accurate.

The property was nice and very cozy. However it states no pets on the furniture and the couch and rug beneath have a very distinct pet odor. I would recommend only having 2-3 people at most. We were supposed to have a forth person and luckily didn’t because the living room would not seat that many people comfortably. Overall it is a nice little cabin.

Can be easy to pass and drive by if first time in area. Very scenic and beautiful. Could use more towels for bigger families and weekend getaways. Overall very nice.

Greer is the most beautiful place in Arizona. This cabin is just a short walk from the Little Colorado River. Anyone who loves nature, rain, pine trees, aspen, birds, fish, squirrels, will love it there. It is so sweet and peaceful and cool. If you arrive with the thought of a luxury rental, you will be sadly disappointed. There is no oven, no toaster (there is a toaster oven, so sort of both and neither at the same time), the refrigerator is from a dorm room, the electric range has 4 burners (3 of them work), the heater sounds like a freight train once it gets going. There is one small frying pan and 3 small pots.
But if you show up thinking about camping in a tent, this place is heaven. There is a gas grill outside, a wrap around porch with lots of chairs, a picnic table and a rocker where you can enjoy the evening rain. The loft is huge and the place is so cozy you won't even need the heater. Just shut it off and enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Anyone who goes to this little cabin and doesn't fall in love with it doesn't deserve to be there.

Greer is such a beautiful place! The cabin was right size. We spent our days fishing and enjoying nature then came home and grilled!
