"I loved my room and the room service was exceptional for breakfast and everything tasted great. I'm definitely coming back next year to try put that soaking tub! (Didn't have any bubble bath on me). Thank you Hotel Zena !"

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"
