This newly renovated unit has been gut rehabbed and feels like new construction! We have put in brand new kitchens/bathrooms/floors/appliances/windows/blinds/etc!
This 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit is setup for 1 - 10 people. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the 2nd bedroom has 3 queen beds (includes a queen bunk bed, see pictures).

- free wifi, cable TV, coffee, essentials (soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo / conditioner, towels, linens, etc)
- We have stocked the unit with everything you would have in your house (fully stocked kitchen w/ cookware, ironing board, hangers, etc)

The unit has been fully furnished with high end / luxury furnishings from a local designer! You name it, we got it.
We are centrally located in Springfield:
- less than 1 mile from the SCHEELS Sports Park at Legacy Pointe (2 min drive)
- 3 miles to the Springfield Medical District (6 minute drive)
- 2 miles to downtown state buildings (5 min drive)
- everything else in Springfield is less than 10 minutes away!
