First room they gave us hadn't been cleaned so we had to go ask for a second one. Second room was much better although the second night we had to have them replace the battery in the smoke detector. Breakfast selection was very minimal and the whole hotel stunk of cigarette smoke. Wouldn't recommend a stay there unless you had no other options.

Everything about the hotel was normal, decent continental breakfast, good tv, etc. My biggest complaint was that my floors were never mopped, swept, etc. Kept finding long black hairs in the bathroom mainly, but a few out in the room too. It also would help to have a remote that allowed you to type in a channel instead of having to keep hitting next/back through all the channels.

The breakfast was lacking. I realize you are getting alot with continental, but peanut butter and a juice machine that worked with some bagels would have been nice.

Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water. Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away!

Getting Ice was a major problem during our entire stay. They only have 2 machines for the entire hotel and they were out of ice or very low everytime we tried to get some. They need one or 2 additonal machines. The Roku TV was set on closed captioning and generic remote would not let us turn it off. Desk clerk came up and attempted to do it, but had to go get numerous remotes and finally found a true Roku remote that would work the TV. He was very helpful, but it was time consuming when we just wanted to relax and watch TV before bed.

We’ve stayed here before, and this time we noticed a real difference. The sheets looked newer and felt much softer, and the room had a fresher feel overall. The manager also checked on us during check-in, which was a nice touch.
