“Our stay here was great! The house is really nicely done from its fully equipped kitchen to the rooms that have really comfy mattresses (and a Toto toilet in the master bathroom :-) Everything has been thought out. There’s AC and heat in the house and outside, there are fans for when it’s hot and heaters for when it’s cold. And it’s so peaceful with the pine trees, birds, and wind chimes adding to the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful property, enjoyed the view of the McKenzie River, hot tub and the goats. We picked a small bundle of purple grapes which were delicious. Beds and pillows were comfy. Check in and check out process. Broken teal chair which was reported at check in and checkout day we stripped the beds however the mattresses were stained (I attached pictures below). Coffee pot does not work correctly.THANK YOU for a overall wonderful saty we will be back in the future.”

“An excellent rental for all! Family friendly, great neighborhood and attentive host. The house had everything we needed for two adults and two children under 3. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. So many extra touches from a lovely kurig to basic staples. We can't thank the host enough for a comfortable stay. We will be back!”

“This wonderful little place is near the U of O. The location has easy access to major thoroughfares so it is easy to get around. It is easy to tell that a lot of work has gone in to the updates to the home, making it feel very comfortable and friendly. We happened to be in town for a funeral. The property manager obviously had a lot going on and it would have been convenient to cancel the listing, but due to our situation, the property manager made it work - taking a huge load off our worries……

“This is a cute updated apartment. Well Stocked kitchen including a Toaster and Kerig coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee and use the refillable kerig container. No cooking ingredients supplied. Beds in large bedroom comfortable. Bed in single room very firm. We had to turn up the heat and leave the bedroom doors open as the main heater is in the living room. They do have a space heater to use. Washer and dryer are newer and worked great. This Apartment is on a busy street, but we……

“Such a great stay, host was amazing. We loved just about everything about the place. Only Negative: Listing said there was a remote for the awning, the remote was not there and the awning was left open. Instructions were to not leave the awning open over night or when not present due to wind or rain and to recess it. It took about 20 minutes to hand crank it closed, very unfortunate. Would stay again and highly recommend.”

“It's an amazing place. It is extremely clean and authentic. The beds were great. Everything was so nice. The host is kind and granted us a one-day refund at her expense without any requirement to do so after we changed our arrival date shortly before our stay. ”

“Great property - plenty of space for our party of 6, with an additional 4th bedroom to spare, and a fully furnished kitchen and basement recreational area. The neighborhood was quiet, the ping pong table was a fun perk, and the master bedroom mini split AC was a godsend after hours of road trip driving. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great experience here! It is about 6 minutes from everything and you had everything you needed inside the house. Loved that there was enough parking for 2-3 cars and that the kitchen was well stocked. Everything inside is updated and clean. Highly recommend! ”
