「Great location and easy 」

「Quaint chalet. Older property with nice updates. Super clean and host was easy to communicate with. Beds were very comfortable. New mattresses, bedding, and pillows. Firm mattresses. We only stayed one night on our way through town so we didn’t get to take advantage of any of the amenities. Quiet neighborhood. The view is gorgeous. Mt Mitchell is nearby. However, the part of the road that takes you there in 15 minutes was closed so we had to go 2 hours around the mountain to get to the...

「Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off...

The location was also perfect for everything we wanted to do while we were there. Overall a really great experience with a great host, we would definitely stay again!」
