「很漂亮價格合理的房子，但職員從清潔人員到高級經理，大部分都沒禮貌，只有一兩個稍好，因為每次我給他們説thank you都沒有人回應，自己好像白痴一樣，這樣是服務人員應該有的態度嗎？連客人連聲多謝都不回應一句，不知跟我們是亞洲人有沒有關係，縂之不爽，希望改善，別破壞入住氣氛」
