"Need chairs in other smoking areas"

"Clean rooms and breakfast was excellent. I didn’t catch the man’s name at the front desk, but he deserves a raise! Not only was he there around the clock but he was very talkative and friendly to all the guests checking in and staying there. One of the ladies preparing breakfast even offered to help my younger daughter make her plate. Beds were so so. We slept ok, but some of the guests staying with me said they weren’t very comfortable. If we had queens instead of doubles that may have remedied that, but we had to go with what was available. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay here again."

"There was no Breakfast, re-used muffins and some coffee"

"Since this is the third Holiday Express with cleanliness and structure issues we will not be booking with them again. This time it was the window shade and framing broken. The shower nozzle was falling off the wall. The elevator was scary and the coffee tasted awful "

"AC was lacking. no insulation between rooms - you could hear a whisper-quiet convo next door. Barking dogs all night, the whole place reeked of weed, shower door falling off its hinge, TV didn't work, beds were rough...overall it's definitely in the top 5 worst hotel/motel experiences I've ever had."

"Place was great! We really enjoyed what this house had to offer, such as the pool, grill, spacious hang out areas (indoor/outdoor), and a garage! The host is very willing to help and is a great communicator. We also enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood! Would definitely stay again."

"The room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets were stained and the remote to the tv didn’t work. And the air conditioning didn’t cool. The coke machine only took debit cards no cash. Never again."
