「We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd!」

「This was our second year in a row to stay here and we would return again! The condo is immaculate, contains everything you might need for a great beach experience, and is located in a great spot. With an oceanfront view, on-site pool, and yummy restaurants on either side and across the street you could spend the entire week here without the need to get in your car. Highly recommend!」

「What a Great place! Close to the beach, clean and very comfortable, highly Recommend! Will definitely book this place again!!」

「The place was perfectly fine for our stay—comfortable and in a great location. It had everything we really needed, and a few thoughtful extras like plenty of beach toys and some kids’ games and puzzles, which were a nice surprise. There were a few frustrations, mostly around communication and small practical issues. The listing mentioned beach toys, which were thankfully there, but when I reached out in advance with questions (including about beach and pool towels), the responses were vague and...

「Location was perfect to access the beach and walking distance to restaurants when you didn’t want to drive. Lots of beach toys for the kids and comfortable beds for a good nights rest. We enjoyed ourselves and would look forward to coming back. 」

「We had a great family vacation at this location. It was the perfect size and space. They had beach chairs, a cart, a few sand toys, cooler and a beach bag to use. Walking distance to the beach, sand volleyball courts, fishing, restaurants and you can’t forget about ice cream (Mayday yummy ice cream and Cone Heads was the favorite for both ice cream and the homemade cones or a hotdog if you’re not up for a sweet treat) and the pool was a nice touch for after a day in the sun. The only downfall...

「Normally, I try to stay right on the beach, but this was just right across the street and it was pretty convenient. The condo was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed, including a little beach cart and beach chairs. We have a 14-year-old, a 10 year-old, and a 15 month old, and it really worked great for us. It was also very close to a lot of places to eat!」

「Nice place - very clean. On the beach. This was my second stay here. Very happy!」

「This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to the beach and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here several times and Todd is an excellent host. Will be coming back again!」

「Easy in and out. Would have liked clearer direction to the beach access.」

「Great location. Quick walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The condo building was quiet. We never heard anyone and only saw a few people in the hallways. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cool, but it looked clean and welcoming. The parking spot in the garage was right next to the stairs that went up to the condo -- close and convenient. However, the supplies in the condo were limited. For example, there was a broom but no dustpan. Each bathroom...

「Fantastic location and amenities and stocked with everything you need for a beach stay. Close to the Amp if you catch a show and walking distance to the beach. Host was very responsive and provided some great recs for food. 10 out of 10.」

「Great stay! Nicely renovated, quiet clean and nicely equipped place. Convenient location, and easy arrival. Only suggestion would be softer sheets and fix the toilet which takes far too long to fill which was fairly annoying. Never knew for sure if it was going to stop running. But eventually would. Fix that a would be perfect. Thank you! 」
