"This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk...
