Escape to this beautiful one-bedroom ground floor condo, offering wood laminate floors throughout for a clean, modern feel. The full kitchen and dining area are perfect for creating memorable family meals or enjoying quality time with friends.

Step outside to your large private fenced courtyard patio — a peaceful oasis where you can unwind with a good book or bask in the amazing Florida climate. The patio also includes a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying the beautiful weather.

The condo includes a washer and dryer in a convenient laundry closet located in the bathroom, making it perfect for longer stays. In the living area, relax with a 55" Smart TV and a premium cable package. Streaming apps can be accessed via the guest’s personal log-in credentials. Ceiling fans in both the main room and bedroom provide added comfort.

Enjoy access to the sparkling Laterra pool, located conveniently in the courtyard of your building, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing or relaxation.

If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) or beach chairs, they are available at no charge with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice (subject to availability).

Important Notes:

For the safety of our guests, we’ve implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays.

While this unit is on the first floor, it is not ADA compliant.

To access your unit, enter through the lobby of the 955 building and follow directional signs to your unit.

Perfect unit!

We really enjoyed this unit! It’s well appointed and super comfortable. Having the private courtyard patio was a super easy bonus for our dog too!
