Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean in this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium. Located on beautiful Anastasia Island and only a short fifteen-minute drive to the historical district of St Augustine. This unit has many convenient features including dishwasher, washer and dryer, electric stove and microwave.

The Master Bedroom has a cozy King size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds. A perfect getaway for the whole family! There is a TV with DVD player in the living room and also TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with every appliance and item you'll need to accommodate your friends. There is a balcony that provides beautiful views of the Atlantic and the perfect place to catch the sunrise every morning.

The St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort provides outdoor activities, such as, four tennis courts, two swimming pools, 5 hot tubs, racquetball and bocce ball, just to mention a few.

Spend your days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine and venture out in the evenings exploring the historic district with many local attractions and restaurants for everyone to enjoy.

Everything was as described. Condo could be better cleaned as ceiling fans had dust and dirt hanging from each blade and since all users pay for a deep cleaning i would except a much better job with cleanliness.

Perfect location!

We had a great time at this condo! It’s a multi building condo complex. This particular condo is in a building closest to the beach. The balcony doesn’t give a straight on view of the ocean but it does give a side view. It’s on the corner of the building but you can still see a nice view of the ocean and hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze! It’s on the 3rd floor and not close to an elevator so you need to be okay with climbing stairs. It really didn’t bother us except for when unloading and loading the car. The beach is just steps outside the condo which is so convenient! The beach was clean and family friendly. We didn’t realize you can drive on this beach but the area cars drive on is coned off and not an issue. You just have to watch for cars when crossing over. The city of St. Augustine is really beautiful and worth a visit! The beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure was great!

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed staying here so much! It is a beautiful property close to the beach. The IRS so much to do in the area that when we left. I was sad that we didn't spend as much time as I hoped enjoying the balcony that overlooked the ocean. We are already making plans to return.
