Amazing gem in the middle of historic St. Augustine

We really enjoyed our stay this beautiful house. It’s is beautifully decorated and has an amazing hot top / swim spa outside, which offered the perfect relaxation after walking through St. Augustine all day :). The house itself offers plenty of space with its 3 bedrooms. The garage with its game machines is also an absolute highlight and we spent hours playing pac-man :) The neighbors are also very friendly. The historic district is in walking distance to the house so no need to worry over parking spaces :). We highly recommend staying in this beautiful house when visiting St. Augustine and will definitely come back!!

Short walk to the Fort

We just needed a quick get away to visit our Son in St. Augustin. We wanted something around the area where the Fort was. This property was wonderful. It was everything that they claimed it to be. From pre check in to post check out everything was flawless. We will definitely use this location again when in the area. definitely use

Quick family getaway

WONDERFUL property & location!

We loved our stay here! Our family was attending a wedding at Casa Monica and this was the perfect place to stay. The home was brand new, spotless and so thoughtfully decorated. We loved the game room and outdoor area and the bedrooms and baths were all modern and stylish! Perfect location if looking to access all old St.Augustine offers. Would definitely recommend!

LINCONVILLE NOOK

Great communication with owner. House was very clean. Really enjoyed the fire pit, game room and hot tub. This house is a short walk to the south end of St George Street and the waterfront. I highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Visit

Overall, the home met expectations. It was newer, nicely upfitted with a very convenient location to the historic areas of St Augustine. Be prepared for the rooster/chickens across the street that provided some ambiance and the issues that come from the center city/town location (i.e. tighter parking, air “ambiance”, interesting neighbors, etc) all expected for the location of the home. We had a great trip with our family and appreciated the comfortable home to return to after an active day/night.

Great location and even better accommodations!

As described in the listing this is essentially a brand new home with plenty of space and amenities! It's a 5 minute walk to the center of town but away from all the crowds and noise! You'll have plenty of room and all the conveniences of home and it's a fantastic value when compared to the hotel options. The beds were very comfortable, the house clean and the game room, swim spa and privacy of your own backyard are a bonus.Even better, the hosts are attentive and responsive - we had a couple of very minor issues and they were addressed immediately. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Linconville Nook. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Already scheduled to come back

The house was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and infant). It was roomy and so comfortable. The game room spa corn hole was perfect for us when baby was napping so we could still enjoy adult time. The house is SO clean and very well decorated. Walking to downtown was super easy and quick too! The only tip would be to bring kitchen supplies- basically anything you’d need besides the pots and pans, including salt and pepper. That was the only downfall, but otherwise the house is 5 stars.

Gem in Lincolnville

We recently stayed at the Lincolnville Nook and had a fantastic experience. The backyard was one of our favorite features—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing. We made great use of the oversized hot tub swim spa, which was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing, and had a lot of fun playing cornhole in the evenings. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, nicely furnished, equipped and comfortable for the five of us: just as pictured. We enjoyed the game room, which offered additional entertainment and helped us wind down after exploring the area. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the great restaurants, charming local shops and sites of the historic downtown. The house has ample parking for multiple cars. The immediate neighborhood is a mix of old and new with both renters and permanent residents. We found the neighbors warm and welcoming, and enjoyed visits from a couple of their cats as well as our visits to the pet pig across the street. It all added to the homey feel of our stay. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
