Home is spotless with lots of beach necessities

I don’t have enough good things to say about this property! Upon entering, our first impression is that the home is spotless. Once settled in, we noticed Kelly and Brian had so many things included for use during your stay, like beach chairs, toys, towels, and beach cruisers! The beach is a nice walk away, and the hosts provide a cart to wheel your things to and from the sand. This home had everything we needed, and we will hopefully book again soon!

Christmas Getaway

This property was truly THE best! My family decided to get away this Christmas and this property did not disappoint! When we arrived we were greeted with a Christmas card and a beautiful ornament to remember St. Augustine! The hosts thought of everything for the guests! We will definitely stay here again!

The Review

The property is nice and cozy. The patio was the place to hang out for us; you have neighbors but you are kinda secluded from them. The beach is very close and not crowded. The location of this house is very convenient. I talked with one of the owners and they are very nice and helpful. The only things that I could find to gripe about would be that the parking is very very tight.( not a lot of room to turn your vehicle around and get out of driveway if there is more than one vehicle); and needs to leave more cleaning supplies ( garbage bags, dish soap, …) other than that we really enjoyed the place and wished we had a couple of weeks instead of a few days.

Beach side stay

The house was great. Both Brian and Kelly were very nice as host. The place also have a lot of great anemities that are available, i just wish we were able to stay long enough to fully enjoy them. Definitely would come back next time if there is an opportunity.

Thanksgiving Break

Had a wonderful time at Goin Coastal. Location was perfect. House was perfect. Fenced private backyard was awesome. Comfortable beds, spacious living room and well-stocked kitchen. The owners have provided everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach escape

We had a great time at this beach house. Short walk to a beautiful beach out the back gate Our dog enjoyed our walks on the beach and it was nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when we returned.Able to catch a few sunrises and collect some shells.Beds were comfortable. House is spacious and everything is provided Enjoyed having an attached garage to keep the car cool and unpack. We spent most evenings sitting on the back porch Rode the bikes provided to a few restaurants. Helmets and locks were provided. We didn’t use but it was nice to have : beach towels, chairs and wagon provided. Less to pack. Host responded quickly to my questions My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The Going Coastal Cottage is STELLAR

This sweet little cottage is super close to downtown St. Augustine, but far enough away to really enjoy the beach and other tropical flora. The hosts thought of everything to make you feel right at home. I will be coming back soon 😊for anvacsoon!

Cozy family home close to the beach

Perfect Getaway!

This was exactly what we needed for a low-key, relaxing bachelorette weekend! Close to everything, but far away enough to feel relaxed and out of the touristy downtown area. The walk to the beach is short and tranquil. The house was clean and ready for us, and the hosts were amazingly communicative, even giving recommendations for food! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location!

This place is amazing. The beach just a short walk away is absolutely beautiful. The property had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The host communicated with me before our stay to make sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or concerns, which we did not. we are already planning to stay here next year.
