Beach Front

Great house on the beach with great places to eat within walking distance and close to historic St. Augustine also. Upstairs deck was wonderful with loads if seating for everyone plus a large dining table. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Linda was easy to contact and respond. Great time with family and hope to come back. Thank you Linda.

Location is great!

Our family of 8 adults were in town for a wedding .Everyone had their own space and the location was great. Our Uber was 12 into St Augustine/Flagler College. We had an issue with the door lock and the owner resolved problem promptly.

Family celebration

Our family stayed at this property to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 9 adults in our group and all were comfortable. The view is beautiful from the upper porch. Just a super short walk to the beach. Just perfect.

NYE getaway

Beautiful house on the beach. Five couples shared this house. Plenty of space for all. The great room overlooking the ocean was great to gather. The outside deck was just beautiful in the evening as the sun went down. The property manager was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend this.

Fantastic stay

The house was great, loved the 2 floors for our large family. Double kitchens were great and well stocked. Linda was great with communication. The upstairs deck was amazing and we spent alot of time there. Reall enjoyed tge carport as a place to store beach stuff, and being able to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas was great. Highly recommend and will stay there again

14 adult friends stayed at this beautiful property just steps from the beach. Our beach view from the porch was magnificent and having two kitchens was very helpful for a large group. We would definitely rebook this lovely house.

Fabulous location

We met here for a family reunion, 3 families under one roof. The view is amazing. The house had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat. It feels like a secluded beach, but you're still so close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend it to anyone!

This rental was more rundown than expected. Kitchen items were well used. Not enough towels for a group who would stay so bring extra. We had a confirmed case of bedbugs in the basement rooms. Host handled it quickly and moved us to a new unit that was wonderful.

Beautiful Home for Large Groups

This is the perfect location for large gatherings. We had 8 and there was plenty of room for more. The house is comfortable, clean, in a great location with beautiful views. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
