Great Vacation☀️

Nice Place, Nice Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros and Cons, but overall great! We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The location was great for us since we love the beach. Nice, well taken care of property, entrance is on the second floor. Neat and clean landscaping. The condo looked great at first glance on arrival, however there were some cleanliness issues. I know it's difficult for cleaning staff to dedicate a lot of time to clean, but I at least expect clean sheets and bedding and it was obvious they were not changed since the last guest. Good thing there's a washer and dryer, so I washed the bedding before getting in bed. Floors weren't mopped in a while since our socks turned black right away. Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and there was what looked like a fur ball or maybe lint on the rug in the second bedroom. So I hope the owners can get firm with the cleaning staff because the condo is truly nice. Also, we had everything we needed to start us off such as paper towels, dish soap, detergent etc. We did buy a Swiffer to clean the floors. And remember we're in Florida so we did see some uninvited pests in the condo, and a variety of critters outside too, not a big deal to us. Overall, I recommend this condo.

Needs updating

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit could use some updating, the air conditioner did not function properly and it was 75 - 78 in the unit at all times. The furniture was not comfortable.
