Great location!

We loved our stay. The house had a great setup for a full family to stay and was also close proximity to the beach and downtown area. Would highly recommend staying here while visiting St. Augustine!

Great location and management

The location is excellent. Walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Great follow up by management and great house design. Hot tub is excellent.

Ready to visit again!

Excellent property with excellent amenities. Neighborhood is nice and location is perfect for getting out of the bustle of downtown but right back quickly when wanted.

Great location and fun house

The house was located near the Conch Restaurant which overlooked a beautiful waterfront view with boats and the lighthouse. Hot tub felt great after a day of sightseeing. Very walkable area. Our iTrip representative did an amazing job being responsive to our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a slightly larger starter set on trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods but it was not a problem.

This place was absolutely such a workable space. Living room and kitchen are huge. The lands are absolutely beautiful. Will definitely coming back here.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the home very much. The home could have been a bit cleaner however we felt comfortable in the home. Beware, the upstairs bath off the bedrooms is incredibly small. There is a much larger full bath on the main floor.

Relaxing and Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this rental house. The property manager I communicated with via text was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable to hang out at. We enjoyed the hot tub that had clearly been sanitized by the presence of bubble and suds with formed when we turned it on. The kitchen was nice and had lots of utensils, plates, glasses and cooking pots. The only thing it did not have was a sheet pan and a pasta strainer. This property is within walking distance to the Conch House Restaurant where we enjoyed a really good lunch and is in walking distance to the Chop Shop Butcher Shop which was a great place to pick up something good to cook in for dinner. Overall we would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Fun in the sun

Great trip to St Augustine staying at Florida Breeze. Plenty to do, plenty to eat. Walking distance to the Conch House for an extra special experience. House was great with tons of amenities. Couldnt use them all. Well and beautifully maintained (especially) outside and in. Awesome upstairs porch!
